Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will have end-to-end responsibility for TradeCredit’s Android applications, which play a crucial role in delivering our financial services to customers. Here’s what your role will entail:

Skills Required for the Fullstack Developer Role
Technical Proficiency:
- Frontend Development: Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), HTML, and CSS for building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Backend Development: Experience with Node.js, Express, or similar backend frameworks, ensuring robust and scalable server-side applications.

Roles and Responsibilities
Feature Development:
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements, and translate them into functional and appealing Android application features.
- Implement new functionalities, ensuring they meet user expectations and align with TradeCredit’s business goals.
Performance Optimization:
- Identify and address bottlenecks to improve app performance, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.
- Conduct regular code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
API and Database Integration:
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, enabling seamless communication between the front-end and back-end.
- Design and manage databases, ensuring data consistency and reliability for app functionalities.
Collaborate on Tech Strategy:
- Work with the tech leadership team to define the company’s tech strategy, contributing ideas for future enhancements.
- Participate in strategic planning and roadmap discussions to align development efforts with company goals.
Documentation and Maintenance:
- Document technical specifications, code structures, and development processes for future reference and team collaboration.
- Maintain and update existing features, ensuring the app stays current with evolving user needs and industry standards.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement best practices for coding and testing to ensure the app meets high standards of security, performance, and functionality.
- Regularly update the app to address bug fixes, improvements, and new features based on user feedback.
