Responsibilities

- Resolve issues within five days (or as defined by SLAs).
6. Knowledge Management
- Create and share specific artifacts for tasks.
- Upload these artifacts into the knowledge management repository.
- Apply best practices from the knowledge base to your work.
7. Training & Recruitment
- Provide input for training courses and materials.
- Conduct training sessions and technical interviews to support the recruitment process.
